I decided to add my post here because I found myself in a difficult situation.
I'm the mum of a beautiful 16 months-old boy and a wife of an alcoholic (we are in a legal separation now.) I moved out from my husband's after I had to call the police at night when our son was just 13 days old. I moved in with my parents. I am an educated young woman, I graduated from English Philology and American Studies at Warsaw University. I taught English for seven years and after that I worked for American Embassy in Warsaw.
I lived in the US and in Ireland for some time.
I've been unemployed for over a year now, my work is to bring up my beautiful son, and even if I wanted to go back to work, I have no one to leave the baby with, nor the money to pay a baby-sitter.
My parents asked me to move out of their place, as they are tired with the baby and all the chaos a baby brings to a home. I can understand them. But I'm afraid to move back in with my husband, since he's an alcoholic and get agressive when drunk.
I've been looking for a weekend job, but no luck so far. If you have any money to spare, I would be very grateful, and it would help me maybe rent an apartment to give my son's a quiet and safe place to live at.
